Why this matters

Small time savings become real capacity.

The goal is not to replace people. It is to remove the copying, sorting, searching, and follow-up work that quietly consumes the time of people you already need.

Illustrative example
8 employees × 1 hour a day × 5 days

40potential hours
per week

If eight people each saved one hour a day, the total would equal a full-time role’s working week. Discovery measures the current workload; a pilot tests how much time remains after review and corrections.

Keep the people. Lose the busywork.

An illustration, not a promised result. Actual time recovered depends on the workflow, adoption, and review required.

What we build

Useful AI, shaped around the job.

You do not need to know which tool to ask for. Start with the work that is slow, repetitive, hard to find, or easy to get wrong. We help choose the simplest useful solution.

01Find what the company already knows

Company brains

Bring approved documents, notes, policies, and project history into a searchable knowledge system, with access rules for your team and source links to help people check the answers.

  • Answers grounded in your material
  • Source links for review
  • Useful for onboarding and handoffs
02Take repeat work off the team’s plate

Digital assistants

Give recurring work to a helper that can collect information, prepare drafts, organize files, and flag what needs a person’s attention.

  • Copying, sorting, and follow-up
  • Weekly or daily preparation
  • Human review before important actions
03Build around one exact job

Focused internal tools

Create a small app or workflow that fits the way your organization actually works—from capturing label information to turning forms into usable records.

  • Designed for your existing process
  • Works with familiar devices and files
  • Starts narrow enough to prove value
04Help people use it well

AI setup + team training

Choose sensible tools, set clear boundaries, and give your team practical guidance they can use without becoming AI experts.

  • Plain-language team training
  • Simple rules for private information
  • Honest advice about what not to automate

Ways to work together

Start at the level that fits the problem.

Start with a focused recommendation, a plan for a serious project, or practical training for your team. Each engagement leaves you with something useful. Custom builds turn a valuable opportunity into a working system.

01One problem. A clear next step.

AI Opportunity Session

$250one hour + written recommendation

Bring one recurring task that costs your team time. We review your intake beforehand, work through the problem together, and send a written recommendation you can act on—even if we never do a larger project.

  • Preparation around your task
  • One focused hour of practical advice
  • A written next step you can keep

03Built around your team

Custom app, assistant, or company brain

$25,000+based on approved scope

A custom app, digital assistant, or company brain built around a valuable part of your team’s work. We agree on scope and success measures, build and test the system with its users, and train the team before launch.

  • Clear scope and agreed success measures
  • Testing with the people doing the work
  • Launch, training, and handoff
Discuss a custom build

Discovery Day is our recommended starting point for serious projects. If we build one of the recommended options, its $2,500 fee is credited toward the project. Smaller, focused implementations are scoped separately. Ongoing care and software costs are quoted separately.

Selected projects

What we’ve already built.

Searchable knowledge, church sermon publishing, a custom team game, and label scanning—built around the work people needed to get done.

01Knowledge & search

Searchable project knowledge

Scattered notes became a searchable knowledge system.

We brought notes, decisions, and project history into one searchable collection, connected related material, and kept the original documents available for review.

  • Notes and project history in one collection
  • Search across connected source material
  • Original documents available for review
02Church sermon publishing

Sermon editing & transcription

Full church services became sermon videos, audio, and transcripts.

We built a publishing workflow that extracted sermons from full church service recordings and produced matching audio and readable transcripts. We also transcribed hundreds of older sermons, making years of teaching searchable.

  • Sermon-only video cut from the full service
  • Matching audio and a readable transcript
  • Searchable transcripts from hundreds of sermons
03Custom team experience

Daily learning game

We built a daily word game around a team’s own language.

We created a daily word game with 1,000 curated answers from an organization’s language and products. Each answer included a definition and company-specific commentary, with scores and leaderboards for the team.

  • 1,000 curated answers with definitions
  • Designed for a quick daily break
  • Scores and leaderboards for comparing results
04Working prototype

Labels turned into usable data

We built a phone-camera prototype that read product labels.

Our prototype read label text and barcodes from a phone camera and extracted key fields for a person to review.

  • Phone-camera label capture
  • Text and barcode extraction
  • Structured fields for human review

The approach

Start with the work. Keep people in control.

Most organizations do not need a sweeping AI transformation. They need one frustrating part of the week made simpler, faster, or more reliable—and someone local who will stay with the problem until it works.

Start with the work

First, understand how the job really gets done and where people lose time. Then decide whether AI belongs there.

Keep judgment visible

Important decisions stay with people. The system shows its work and makes mistakes easier to catch.

Make the technology disappear

The best system feels less like “using AI” and more like the work finally making sense.

Before we get started

A clear first step.

Which offer should we choose?

Choose the $250 AI Opportunity Session for one recurring task and a written next step. Choose the $2,500 Discovery Day for a prioritized plan with budget ranges. The $2,500 workshop is for a team that wants guided practice using AI.

Do we have to buy a build?

No. Your team keeps the Discovery Day recommendation packet whether or not we build anything. If we build one of the recommended options, the $2,500 Discovery Day fee is credited toward that project.

What happens after we inquire?

We agree on scope, timing, price, and payment terms before a session is confirmed. Custom production systems start at $25,000; smaller focused implementations receive their own scope and quote. Ongoing care and software costs are quoted separately.

What should we share first?

A short description of the task, the people involved, and what keeps slowing it down. Keep confidential documents, passwords, and customer records out of the initial email. We can agree on suitable examples and access if we work together.

One problem is enough

What keeps stealing your team’s time?

You do not need to arrive with an AI idea. If your team keeps copying the same information, hunting through the same folders, rebuilding the same report, or working around software that never fit—start there.
